CWSP is the students’ employer, handling all Department of Labor requirements, workers’ comp, payroll, taxes, and all other employment details, as well as transportation to and from work.

CWSP of Cristo Rey is a separate 501C3 from the school and is not religiously affiliated.

Students earn their wages and assign 100% of their earnings towards their tuition.

All students complete I-9 and E-Verify to ensure their employment eligibility.

We match students to jobs with the intent to maximize the best fit.

Bi-annual meetings with your CWSP Program Manager to discuss student and program effectiveness.

10-month contract with the options of Summer and Winter student employment.
